Aviator Beers Available All Year

• BlackMamba Oatmeal Stout

  Available in Kegs
  6.3% alc/vol SRM: 40 IBU:87
  This oatmeal stout has an explosion of flavor created by dark roasted grains, and a 2 row barley.   A full bodied oatmeal stout that has tastes of chocolate and a smoothness from the oatmeal.

• Devils Tramping Ground Tripel

  Available in bottles (22oz) March 20 & Kegs
  9.2% alc/vol SRM: 4 IBU: 31
  A hearty Tripel Belgian ale. This Tripel ale will grow hair in places you don't want. Our Tripel is a golden colored ale that has a fruity spicy flavor that finishes a bit sweet. The Devil's Tripel is light tasting from the addition of candy sugar. We add just the right amount of hops to balance out the sweetness.

• HogWild India Pale

  Available in bottles (22oz) Feb 23 & Kegs
  6.7% alc/vol SRM: 5 IBU: alot
  A golden brew made with Pale Ale and Vienna malts.  A veritable fest of the big "C" hops. Chinook, Columbus, Cascade.  Dry hopped with Magnum, Williamette, and Amarillo.  A very hoppy and refreshing ale.
  
  
  
  
  

• HotRod Red

  Available in bottles (22oz) & Kegs
  6.1% alc/vol SRM: 14 IBU: 41
  A somewhat classic Irish Red Ale.  This ale is feisty and a bit hoppy.  There is a malty sweetness and a somewhat dry finish.  Traditional East Kent Goldings but with a nice touch of Cascade and dash of roasted barley give this ale a great taste. Plenty of crystal malt with some roasted barley.
  
  
  

• SteamHead California Common

  California Common beer...This is a beer fermented with a lager yeast at ale temperatures.  We use lots of Northern Brewer hops and rich Crystal malt to create this easy drinking ale.  A great American beer style.

• MadBeach American Wheat

  Available in Kegs
  4.8% alc/vol SRM: 4 IBU: 23
  An American wheat beer brewed with half barley and half white wheat.  We also spice this beer with sweet orange peel and other spices.  A good drinking beer to quench your thirst during the boiling summer months.

Spring Seasonal

• Saison de Aviator

  A seasonal summer Belgian beer style produced with pilsner malt, mid-kilned malts, coriander and sweet orange peel. An unfiltered golden colored ale, high carbonation, and a fruity Trappist yeast.  Great beer to pick up your spirits after mowing the lawn or a hard days work in the old cube farm.

• OktoberBeast

  7.8% alc/vol SRM: 16 IBU: 22
  Our version of an Oktoberfest or Marzen style beer.  This is a beer that was usually brewed in March and aged cold over the summer months to serve in the fall.  It was usually a high gravity beer (strong in alcohol) to survive the long aging period. The beer has a higher hopping rate than most oktoberfest beers (cause we like hops).  It will make you want to wear lederhosen and listen to polka music.

Winter Seasonal

• FrostNipper

  Available in bottles (22oz) from November 1 to March 1 & Kegs
  7.2% alc/vol SRM: 17 IBU: 65
  Our interpretation of a fall seasonal beer.  This beer will curl your toes and put goosebumps on your arms.  A fine collection of traditional fall spices make this a great addition to the holiday season…it will make all humbugs cheery.  The beer is dark in color…a bit darker than brown ale.  There is a combination of Perle and Willamette hops to provide a contrasting intensity with the fall spices.  The beer contains a generous amount of smoked malt.

These are our one off beers that we do every couple of months.

• Old BullDog Extra Special

  Available in Kegs
  5.8% alc/vol SRM: 11 IBU: 35
  A hearty extra special beer or basically a pale ale on steroids.  A dark amber beer with a rich blend of  malts.  The base malt is full kilned pale 2-row barley and is combined with full tasting crystal malt.  This beer has a great heavy late hop addition of East Kent Goldings (that cost us our lunch money for weeks…).

• McGritty’s Scotch Ale

  Available in Kegs
  6.4% alc/vol SRM: 19 IBU: 27
  The scotch ale is produced with the finest Maris Otter barley malt. We use the fine handcrafted Crisp malt from the UK as the base malt in this beer. Scotch ale would not be complete without the world renowned Weyerman cold smoked Bamberg malt additions. We also add roasted barley for color and Briess crystal malts for additional body. This easy drinking ale is true to style.

• BoneHead India Brown

  Available in Kegs
  7.9% alc/vol SRM: 20 IBU: 100+
  A hoppy brown ale brewed with Columbus, Chinook, Amarillo Gold, and Cascade.  A plethora of hops combined with generous amounts of chocolate malt.

• Horsepower Double IPA

  Available in Kegs
  8.7% alc/vol SRM: 11 IBU: 100+
  Our double ipa is a fest of different hops.  We use a large amount of grain to get the body of the beer to match the full hop taste!

• CaveMan Alt

  Available in Kegs
  7.2% alc/vol SRM: 16 IBU: 43
  A great German style brown ale that is aged cold..usually (in the past) in a cave…in our case a hangar.  The extended aging process gives the beer a very smooth taste and evens out any fruitiness from the yeast.  So grab some of this great dark ale and drag it back to the cave.  A great mix of pilsner malt, chocolate malt, and German hops.

• Crazy Pils

  5.2% alc/vol SRM: 3 IBU: 41
  In the style of a Czech Pils….but a bit more body.  This beer is in honor of those days that don’t seem to make any sense.  Brewed with German pilsner malt and plenty of great hops from Saaz to Hallertau Mittelfruh.
