Holiday feasts from Aviator Hangar Bar, ready for your table. Choose a whole-turkey, Southern, Pitmaster or premium prime rib feast, pick three sides and add your favorites. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's pickup windows run November 11–January 2, Wednesday–Sunday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m., at 688 Brewing Drive in Fuquay-Varina. Order at least 4 days (96 hours) before pickup. Every order requires Aviator approval; payment is requested after approval. Build your feast online for current prices and available pickup dates.

Aviator began in a small airplane hangar in 2008. From early batches in repurposed dairy tanks to a new brewery campus built for beer, food, music, and community, the mission has stayed the same: make something people want to come back for.
2008One brewer, two tanks, and a small airplane hangar.
2009The original TapHouse opens in historic Varina.
2025The new brewery campus opens a new chapter for Aviator.
