Aviator began in a small airplane hangar in 2008. From early batches in repurposed dairy tanks to a new brewery campus built for beer, food, music, and community, the mission has stayed the same: make something people want to come back for.
2008One brewer, two tanks, and a small airplane hangar.
2009The original TapHouse opens in historic Varina.
2025The new brewery campus opens a new chapter for Aviator.
